Living in Asia, I'm always looking for Orange Chicken that can match the flavor of Panda Express, and I have yet to find any restaurant that can meet the challenge.
So, every time I go back to Chicago, within the first few days, I always go to Panda Express. I have dreams about the Orange Chicken (and Walnut Shrimp).
