Garcia's Pizza in a Pan

Maybe the Best Pizza I've ever had in my life.

There would be days that I would dream about this pizza in Chicago, then grab a bunch of friends, and within an hour, we would be on a two-hour road trip down south just to get a couple slices of their pizza. Sometimes, we would arrive just before closing time.

I've never seen another restaurant serve pizza the way that Garcia's does. It truly is one of my top five, and maybe the best.
