Subway - Neihu
Probably the best Subway in Taiwan. They actually try hard to make the customer happy. The other Subways should use this location as their training ground for what a Subway should be like.
Located close to the center of Tienmu, they have a lot of competition from neighboring restaurants, which is why they try harder to give what you want.

It defeats the whole purpose of having a selection of vegetables in front of you. If you're not going to give customers the toppings they want, then get rid of the glass window. Then, you can just put the toppings on like every other fast food restaurant.
Subway in Taiwan is not very good. It's the exact opposite of America (where Subway puts the customer first).
